By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Research Use Only Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any product.
02Research use only
All products offered by Peptora Club are supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are sold to, and may only be purchased by, qualified researchers and laboratories. Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any form of in-vivo administration. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices.
03Eligibility
To purchase, you must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or the authorized representative of a research institution. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
04No medical claims
Peptora Club makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or therapeutic benefit of any product. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any comparable authority. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
05Acceptable use
You agree to use this website and all products lawfully and solely for legitimate in-vitro research. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent any product for human or veterinary use, misrepresent your identity or purpose, attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the site, or use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
06Compliance & assumption of risk
The purchaser is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction. By purchasing, you assume all responsibility and risk arising from the handling, storage, and use of the products.
07Orders, pricing & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, product descriptions, and specifications are provided for research reference and may be updated without notice. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Lot-specific certificates of analysis are the authoritative record for any given batch.
08Shipping & returns
Shipping, dispatch timelines, tracking, and our limited returns and shipment-protection policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
09Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and educational material — is the property of Peptora Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptora Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any product, including any use in violation of these terms or our disclaimer. Products are provided “as is” for research purposes without warranty of fitness for any particular non-research purpose. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptora Club, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Peptora Club is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
